The ADHD Roadmap to Building Your Dream Life

Your ADHD brain isn't built to build someone else's dream; It's wired to build your own...

Imagine it as a machine or code—ones and zeros formatted to function in a specific way.

Imagine your brain is a machine or code—ones and zeros formatted to function in a specific way.

Imagine taking that code and plugging it into a system it isn't designed for.

It wouldn't work—the machine would malfunction.

This is how ADHD brains experience the systems in society.

Why we struggle under the traditional expectations of employment.

Repetitive work that lacks meaning in service of someone else's interests.

Work that punishes curiosity and stifles creativity.

Trading time scheduled for you for just enough income to survive.

A Powerful Truth - But Not An Easy One.

It is opting out of the system and stepping into the firing line.

You will be told you can't do it - branded as delusional.

Many will disagree with your ideas and plant seeds of doubt.

Those people are motivated by envy - driven by the wish to have the courage to pursue a life defined on your own terms.

How do you start?

You define a “macro-dream” - a big vision for your dream life.

A life of freedom, fulfillment, and meaning.

You use that to create your micro dream- then you live accordingly.

You build a small part of that dream and expand it as you can.

You create that vision step-by-step.

You acquire what’s necessary to achieve each step.

You don't learn passively; you learn actively.

You gain knowledge and skills hands-on, step by step, in service of that dream.

You identify your gaps, learn the foundations and principles, and then you start.

You remove the outdated conditioning of education and iterate your micro dream.

As you build, your vision becomes more defined.

THEN - You identify what you don’t want.

Get Clear On Your Anti-Dream

You reflect on your experiences.

You make and learn from your mistakes.

Maybe that’s 12-hour days.

Maybe having a corporate job with a boss.

Maybe one-on-one client work…

Only you know what is not for you…

Your anti-dream curates your actual dream into reality.

You continue to build…

You lean into your hyperfocus.

You iterate, and you execute…

Over time, the clarity from your anti-dream curates your actual dream into reality.

You detach from the definition of success given to you and redefine it on your own terms.

Is it freedom?

No constraints from external limitations?

Is it financial peace of mind?

Is it a meaningful day-to-day experience?

Is it a combination of all the above?

Now your macro-dream is clear - you have your roadmap.

The Identity Expansion Goal

Now you share it - you discover who your dream can help outside of yourself - you add meaning.

Now you have a purpose.

You define the greatest possible good that your dream could do for the people you can help through your dream - with no attachment to financial gain.

This is your identity expansion goal.

You intertwine the aspirational identity of those you want to help with your purpose - you interconnect their goals with your ‘why’.

My Identity Expansion Goal, for example, is this…

The Identity Expansion Framework

Now, you go to social media.

You create content that helps people achieve that goal.

This is the foundation of your Identity Expansion Framework.

You share your skills to assist your people in moving into who they want to become.

You share your knowledge, frameworks, stories and experiences to help them achieve that identity expansion goal.

With this framework, you connect your purpose to your income.

You leverage your ADHD and connect emotionally through growth.

Map Your Passion Domains

Your Identity expansion framework is built on 3 categories - these are your passion domains.

First I’ll explain each - then how to use them for consistent content creation.

Passion Domain #1 = Income

You create your passion domains to align with a life that works with your ADHD brain.

To sustain your dream you need to make an income.

A skill or knowledge base that you are deeply passionate about…

Something that, in time, you can trade for financial return.

Many ADHD-ers struggle with trading skills for money.

It brings thoughts that they are ‘bad’ for doing so.

Feelings of guilt - or worse - shame.

If that's you understand this…

Money is little more than a thank-you note for a job well done.

It’s given in return for solving a problem someone has - or meeting an unmet need - if you have done this, you have delivered high value.

You deserve to be paid for the time, skills, and energy it takes to provide that value.

Passion Domain #2 = Hyperfocus

Your Hyperfocus Passion Domain is flexible

You leverage your hyperfocus - any hyperfocus - however short-lived.

This keeps your content creation consistent.

You don’t fight distraction - instead, you it.

You align it with your interest-based nervous system.

This is how you hack what motivates your ADHD brain.

Passion Domain #3 = Discovery

Your final passion domain is discovery - an area of self-development that interests you.

Psychology, mindset, wellness, or philosophy, for example.

Studying these areas will also accelerate your growth - and add inspirational and emotional depth to your content.

Passion Domains = Your Unique Perspective = Fast-Tracked Audience Growth + Consistent Content Creation

Passion Domains allow you to indulge in your interests - they make doing so productive.

As you study each domain, you note the lessons, concepts, frameworks, and sparks of inspiration you discover.

You take those ideas, and you share them.

You apply what you learn to your income passion domain in service of helping your audience move closer to your identity expansion goal.

This is what creates your unique perspective.

You share novel ideas, stories and methods to achieve outcomes connected to your Identity expansion goal.

Your income domain - builds trust in your knowledge.

You stay consistent and motivated because your hyperfocus domain adapts along with your interests.

With your discovery domain, you grow - and, in doing so, help your audience to do the same.

Passion Domains In Practice

Let me show you how this works…

My income passion domain is ADHD entrepreneurship.

My hyperfocus right now is the stock market - that has become my flexible passion domain.

Indulging in this hyperfocus, I learned about compounding.

Compounding is when your money earns money, and then that money earns even more money.

This reminded me of The Pareto Principle - a previous hyperfocus.

The Pareto Principle, or 80/20 rule, states that 80% of results come from 20% of efforts, inputs, or causes.

If you compound The Pareto Principle, 80/20 becomes 64/4.

Which means that 4% of your actions make up 64% of your results.

This is a significant piece of knowledge for ADHD entrepreneurs.

I’m now creating a framework to identify your 4% and remove the rest - this will dramatically reduce burnout - a major pain point for ADHD business builders.

This Is How You Leverage Your ADHD To Create A Unique Perspective

I can then make and share content about it.

This is a unique perspective - content that no one has shared before.

Interesting content unique to you and your interests applied to help your audience achieve your identity expansion goal.

This is how your Identity Expansion Framework grows your audience.

Now you have 500 followers.

Identify a problem - within your income passion domain - and create an offer that solves it.

This is monetization.

The 5 Key Foundations For A Successful ADHD-Owned Business

To monetize our audience, you create an offer.

You exchange your skills and knowledge for income.

You build your offer with The 5P System:

Does it solve a large problem within your income domain?

Do you have the skills and knowledge to create a solution that generates results?

Are you passionate enough about it to sustain it long-term?

Does your offer fast-track those who invest in it to a result within your identity expansion goal?

Are people willing to invest in it?

The Solo-Modular Business Model

The 5P system sets the foundation for the solo modular business model.

I’ve broken down the full step-by-step on exactly how to do this before - but here’s an overview.

It’s a 3-stage process:

#1 You build foundational skills and build cash flow with a high-value offer.

#2 You systemize to maintain cash flow with less input from you.

#3 You productize and outsource to freelancers - you only work on what fulfills you.

Your Dream Grows As You Do

As you do this, you discover new passions.

This is your dream innovation.

Your work is not centred on making an income - it's a vital element of a meaningful lifestyle.

A lifestyle in which your ADHD traits are not obstacles but leverage.

Your curiosity is no longer punished; it's rewarded.

Every hyperfocus is not wasted time but applied knowledge with a measurable return.

You're regulated because you are fulfilled.

Your executive dysfunction becomes redundant because it's systemized.

You're motivated because your days align with passion and purpose.

Your work is meaningful and creates a positive impact on the world as a whole.

This process is aligning your goals with your values and understanding how your ADHD brain operates.

This alignment will not only change your life but also transform your sense of self.

When your daily activities align with your inner workings, your behavior changes.

You no longer seek things as an escape - you pursue environments and experiences that nurture your dream innovation.

It represents a full-scale harnessing of creativity and curiosity.

A life dedicated to learning about things that interest you, pursuing purpose and growth, and redefining focus, time, and energy management.

This is the roadmap to escape.

The blueprint for building a life that aligns with your inner workings, passions, and desires.

This is how you turn your ADHD brain into your greatest asset.

How you create a life that doesn’t just work for you - but because of you.

Build With Domino Projects

It starts with a single project - your Domino Project - this stops any overwhelm.

One project that is your core focus.

If you're at the beginning this project is step 1 of your micro-dream.

Building knowledge and skills in something that you're passionate about.

My current Domino Project is my 'at scale content system'.

I've built a sizeable Instagram audience - now I’m tackling long-form content that can be repurposed into short.

You might say you don’t have time for a project - this is why it is a micro-dream.

The smallest version of your ultimate vision for your life.

The Triple Split Time Progress System

Micro means small - so start with small.

Even one hour a week can expand and get more done in less time.

Whatever time you have split it into 3 core areas.

Creative, productive and build.

At first, it is challenging - It’s new knowledge and skills…

But as you continue with The Triple Split System - you improve.

You learn more, tackle more, and build more - you achieve more progress in less time.

Over time, the moving parts of your dream become systemised.

This Is How You Will Build A Lifestyle Of Freedom

You start with a domino project.

You become more efficient with your time.

You start new domino projects - and your macro dream takes shape.

You explore your passions, grow your knowledge base, you improve your systems.

You leverage your ADHD and innovate your dream.

Your income is built and then increased - you have more time to explore.

Your domino projects compound into your macro dream

Over time, the pieces of your vision become your reality.

The result is in the skillset - stacking knowledge until the outcome becomes inevitable.

Don’t attach a deadline for getting the things you desire.

Burdening yourself with a time limit means that after a certain time, you have no choice but to give up - to spend the rest of your life building someone else’s dream.

That isn’t you - deep down, you know you can have the life you desire - and that nothing is beyond your capability.
