Availability of the Services: The one-to-one Services will be made available in stages immediately after purchase. Once the one-to-one is complete, the full course materials will be made available.
Restrictions: The Website and Services are only available to individuals aged 16 years or older.
Third-Party Services: The Services utilise third-party platforms for delivery of certain components, and you acknowledge that the Service is subject to the terms and conditions, availability policies and restrictions as modified from time to time by the respective third-party platform.

ADHD In Biz Discovery Calls/Sessions: By booking an ADHD In Biz Discovery call (including but not limited to an “Energy Management Assessment Call” or “The ADHD Entrepreneurs Collective Interview Call”) with us, you are reinforcing that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. We will use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking in for a Session, you represent and warrant that all information that you provide is current, complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all connectivity, computer software, hardware and other equipment needed for access to the Session and all charges related to the same.
No Guarantee of Results: YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. With the exception of the Performance Guarantee, you accept, agree, and understand that you are fully responsible for your progress and results from your participation in the Session and Services. ADHD In Biz does not offer any representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing in regard to your earnings, business profit, marketing performance, audience growth, or results of any kind. You are solely responsible for your own actions and results in both life and business, which are dependent on factors that are personal to you, including (but not limited to) your skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, business savvy, network, and personal financial situation.
